1. What we collect
The details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business name, website or domain, industry, emirate, the services you describe, any notes or files you send and the messages you send us in the live chat. Basic technical information when you visit this site, such as the pages viewed and the browser used. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
2. Why we use it
To prepare your free preview, to build, publish and host your website, to contact you about your order by WhatsApp, phone or email, to remind you before your package renews, and to keep this site working and secure. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
3. Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, the payment provider that runs the checkout, the provider of the live chat and visitor analytics on this site, and domain providers when you ask us to publish on your own address. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Order records and the messages around them are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, to answer questions about past work and meet accounting obligations. Preview requests that never become orders are deleted within twelve months.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop a particular use of it. Write to mail@leaddesk.ae and we will act on it, normally within thirty days and free of charge. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer host your website, and we will tell you before acting.
6. Cookies and live chat
This site uses essential cookies that make it work: your session, your language choice and form protection. When the live chat is on, its provider stores what it needs in your browser to keep your conversation and to count visits to the pages of this site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
