1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you ask LeadDesk (“we”, “us”) for a free website preview or order a website package. By submitting a request or an order you agree to them. If you order for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order at mail@leaddesk.ae or on WhatsApp.
2. What we do
We build and host professional websites for businesses: landing pages for your services and locations, blog articles, a search-ready structure with a sitemap, indexing support for Google and Bing, WhatsApp and call buttons, a contact form with email alerts, and basic annual maintenance. We write the content from what you tell us; you review and approve it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us, such as your services, prices, licences and contact details.
3. The free preview
A free preview is a sample of your website that we prepare from what you tell us. It costs nothing, carries no obligation, and you can review it for up to ten days. It is offered once per business. If you do not go ahead, nothing is charged and the preview is not published as your website.
4. The website package and payment
The website package covers one year from payment. Its price is shown in UAE dirhams and charged in US dollars on a secure hosted checkout operated by our payment provider, because that checkout charges in US dollars; the amount charged is shown before you pay. No card details are entered on, passed through or stored by this website. Optional add-ons (such as extra pages, an Arabic version, a custom design upgrade, Google Business Profile setup, monthly SEO support or Google Ads management) are quoted separately and only charged once you agree to the quote.
5. What the package includes
Hosting on our platform, the number of landing pages and blog articles stated on the pricing page at the time of your order, a local SEO structure and sitemap, Google and Bing indexing support, WhatsApp and call buttons, a contact form with email alerts, a mobile-friendly design and basic maintenance during the year. Anything beyond that is an add-on.
6. Reviews and corrections
You review the website before it goes live. If something is wrong on our side, such as a wrong fact, a typo or a broken link, tell us and we correct it at no charge. A materially different request, such as a new service or a redesign after approval, is new work and we quote it first.
7. Renewal
Nothing renews or charges automatically. Before the year ends we contact you with the renewal price, and you decide whether to renew for another year. If you do not renew, we contact you before anything changes; nothing is removed on the date without notice. On request we provide an export of your website content.
8. Your domain and hosting
Your website is published on your own domain or on a domain you ask us to help you get. You keep ownership of your domain. We host the website on our platform and may maintain or move the hosting as needed, keeping your website working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and brief maintenance interruptions can occur.
9. Who owns the content
Once the package is paid for, the copy, design and images we produce for your website are yours to use. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates and systems. You are responsible for anything you supply to us, such as logos, photos and text, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
10. Acceptable use
We do not build websites for adult services, gambling, counterfeit goods, illegal products or services, malware, phishing, scams, misleading health or income claims, or anything unlawful in the United Arab Emirates. We may refuse or stop an order in these categories at any point, and refund anything paid for work not yet delivered.
11. What we do not promise, and our liability
We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales or any other commercial outcome. Search engines make their own decisions. What we commit to is the work described in your order, done to a professional standard. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes, and how to reach us
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published here when you place an order applies to that order. Questions or complaints: write to mail@leaddesk.ae or message us on WhatsApp, and a person will answer.
